A close aide of BJP MP Sakshi Maharaj has filed a complaint with the police here claiming that an anonymous caller had threatened to kill the leader.
The call was allegedly received by Ashok Katiyar, local representative of the MP, last night on Maharaj's official mobile number, police said.
The caller allegedly threatened to kill the MP by hurling a bomb at him after March 11, said the complaint filed by Katiyar in Sadar police station.
Additional Superintendent of Police R S Gautam said a probe is on in the matter.
