In the wake of telecom regulator TRAI's regulation on unsolicited calls and SMS putting a curb on sending telemarketing messages, the company developed iEOCN for digital marketing.
"We expect 20 operators to use our iEOCN in the next 12 months. Mahindra Comviva is getting traction from high pre-paid base markets for this product which are mainly emerging markets. It includes Middle East and Africa, India, Bangladesh and South East Asia," Mahindra Comviva CEO Manoranjan Mahapatra told PTI.
"We expect 25-30 deployments by these operators as some of them are multi-national companies. In India, we have already piloted with Idea and have seen up swing of 1-1.5 per cent in their revenue in 9 months period," Mahapatra said.
He said it has signed deal for iEOCN with customers in Bangladesh, Middle East, Africa and soon expects a deal in Latin America.
