Kishan has approached the police alleging that it was the workers of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) who pelted stones in which windscreen of his car was damaged.
Although no one was injured in the incident, a case under Section 336 and 427 of IPC was registered at Sultanpuri police station against unknown persons, police said.
The incident occurred on Friday midnight, minutes after the MLA reached his residence, according to the complaint.
He has also alleged that the attack was made on the behest of AAP leader Manish Sisodia and demanded security.
