"We demand CBI probe into clashes in Kishtwar to uncover the culprits behind it. It is not mere incidental in nature but it is a pre-planned thing," Choudhary Lal Singh, the local MP for Udhampur Lok Sabha seat, told reporters here tonight.
He said that CBI probe will go into the details of how this incident was triggered and uncover people who are behind it.
Singh blamed the state government for total administrative failure to deal with the situation and claimed that probes by Divisional Commissioner or Judicial Commissions into such incidents in the past have been "consigned to dustbin without any outcome".
