"You (Congress-NCP) have created the problems. We are trying to find answers," Fadnavis said, replying to a debate in the state Legislative Assembly on the Motion of Thanks for the Governor's address.
"People also know that mistakes of 15 years can't be rectified in three-four months. This government will ensure transformation of the state," he said.
"(Former Deputy Chief Minister) Ajit Pawar said the 'Jalyutka Shivar' water conservation programme initiated by us was launched by their government. We have integrated 14 schemes for this programme," he said.
"We know that we will never be able to give flow irrigation to 50 per cent farmers in the state. As a result, we will have to undertake a programme to ensure moisture security to farmers," he said.
"For this campaign, the district collector has been made the nodal authority to ensure coordination with 14 departments concerned," the Chief Minister said.
On the damage due to unseasonal rains, IMD has given us alerts. There is a possibility of hailstorm on March 13 and 14, he said.
It is a blatant lie that Maharashtra's share of Damanganga river water will be given to opposition as alleged by opposition, Fadnavis said.
"We are going to get our full share. We won't give a drop of our water to anyone," he added.
On Mumbai development plan (DP), Fadnavis said apprehensions that the city will lose green spaces is unfounded. The government will intervene when needed, he said.
The government will take care that no 'Marathi manoos' is relocated out of Mumbai or Maharashtra due to any project, he said.
