The list of candidates will be finalised at a meeting of Central Election Committee to be chaired by party President Sonia Gandhi.
The party is likely to nominate all the sitting 43 MLAs barring a few who are facing serious criminal charges.
Sources in the party said candidates for around 60 assembly contituencies have already been finalised and a decision on remaining 10 seats will be taken at tomorrow's meeting.
Sources said the Screening Committee had kept as pending applications of three sitting MLAs -- Dayanand Chandila (Rajouri Garden), Jaswant Rana (Narela) and Asif Mohammed Khan (Okhla) who are facing criminal charges.
A meeting of the party's Central Election Committee on October 28 had taken a decision that the names of candidates will be announced after Diwali.
