In his message on the eve of 'World Water Day', he said water is an esstential ingredient and the cooperation of all sections of people is essential for sustainable development.
The CM said that wherever possible construction of rain water harvesting structures would be welcome. Industrialists should also ensure that effluents are not indiscriminately discharged as it would pollute the environment.
