Construction worker found dead

A 35-year-old construction worker was found dead in central Delhi's Chanakyapuri area in the wee hours today, police said.
The deceased, identified as Vinod Paswan, apparently had a fatal fall from the building where he was working.
His body was discovered below building number D-68 in Chanakyapuri's Malcha Marg by some fellow workers at around 6.30 A.M., police said.
The workers informed the contractor who then made a PCR call. Paswan was rushed to a hospital where doctors declared him dead.
Although police termed the case an unnatural death, prima facie evidence suggests that Paswan had fallen off the building.

"We have not ruled out the possibility of murder. The autopsy report will reveal the exact cause of death following which we will decide on the next course of action," a senior officer said.
