Head Constable Mohammad Ramzan, posted in the security wing of the Civil Secretariat in Jammu, was arrested after a woman lodged a complaint that he filmed her when she was taking a shower in her hotel bathroom where she has been provided accommodation by her office, a police officer said.
In her complaint, the woman alleged that she found Ramzan, who was staying in a room adjacent to hers, was filming her with his mobile phone, he said.
"The charge sheet against the accused will be filed in the court tomorrow. We have confiscated his phone which contains the objectionable video clip," he said.
