"While PM Modi is roaming the world as a mascot of peace, his own Gujarat is burning. What is in the minds of people is being seen in Gujarat. If the police, in various parts of the country have to maintain peace with a gun in their hands, it is not a sign of a stable governance," the Sena said in an editorial in party mouthpiece 'Saamana.'

It said while Naxalites have wreaked havoc in Chhatisgarh peace and governance is being destroyed in Jammu and Kashmir and anti-nationals are having a 'gala' time.
On the one hand BJP says those who do not chant pro-India slogans have no right to stay in the country and on the other hand it becomes a part of the government that consists of people who refuse to chant 'Bharat Mata ki Jai,' it said.
"Hardik Patel fanned violence in the name of reservation. Thus, action can be taken against him. But is it right to slap false charges of being an anti-national on him and send him to jail?" the Sena questioned.
"The BJP high command talks to those who favour Pakistan to form a government in Jammu and Kashmir but has ego problem in speaking to its own people in Gujarat. This is not the indication of an able ruler," the Sena said.
It said the youth, who favoured Modi, have begun to come out on to the streets against him to secure Patel's release.
"People like Hardik Patel and Kanhaiya Kumar have posed a challenge. You (the BJP) need to sit down calmly and find a solution while keeping your ego aside," the Sena said.
