Criminal with Rs 20k reward on him held after encounter in UP

A criminal, carrying a cash reward of 20,000, and a constable were today injured in an encounter near Bandi village, a police official said.
The criminal was arrested following the encounter, senior superintendent of police Swapnil Mamgai said.
Mamgai said that the injured have been hospitalised.
