Crisil Q4 net rises 13 pc to Rs 98 cr

Ratings agency Crisil today reported a 12.7 per cent growth in net profit at Rs 98.1 crore for the fourth quarter ended December 2016.
It had posted a net profit of Rs 87.05 crore in the October-December quarter of last fiscal.
Consolidated total income during the quarter was up 10.9 per cent at Rs 443 crore, Crisil said in a statement.
For the full fiscal ended December 31, 2016, Crisil reported a 14.4 per cent growth in consolidated profit after tax at Rs 326.3 crore.
The board has also approved a final dividend of Rs 9 per equity share for the fiscal ended December 2016.
The company follows the January-December fiscal.
