"ACB has carried out the raids at the premises of 64 officers/employees in the last five years. During these actions, movable and immovable assets to the tune of Rs 2,32,08,05,187 were unearthed," Chief Minister Raman Singh stated in a written reply in the House.
The reply, to a question by Congress MLA (Durg) Arun Vora, stated that cases have been registered against all the officers and employees concerned.
Besides, four cases are pending with the government and concerned department for prosecution approval.
"Moreover, as many as 49 cases are under investigation and three cases have been closed as the offence was established," the reply added.
