"We are aspiring to be a serious player in the baby care segment... Dabur wants to increase the revenue contribution from the baby care segment by launching a slew of brands in coming days and also investing in them," category head (mother and child care) of Dabur India, Ramarao Dhamija said.
Currently, Dabur has three products in the segment that contribute around Rs 140 crore to the overall revenue of Dabur, which stood at Rs 7,800 crore, Dhamija said today at the launch of a massage oil brand for babies.
The scrip was trading at Rs 262.35 on BSE during the afternoon session, down 0.63 per cent from the previous close.
