The newcomer was due to star in the comedy in an unspecified role, but her scenes have since been re-shot with a different actress, due to Ridley's busy schedule with 'Star Wars Episode VII', reported Digital Spy.
"We've cut her out of the film," co-creator Iain Morris said.
"She was in the opening of the film. We reshot the opening because the script didn't work. We desperately wanted Daisy to come back and do it because she's brilliant, really funny. But by that point she was doing 'Star Wars'," Morris added.
James Buckley, Simon Bird, Joe Thomas and Blake Harrison star in 'The Inbetweeners Movie 2'.
Ridley was perhaps the biggest surprise among the main cast of JJ Abrams's upcoming 'Star Wars' sequel, to be released in 2015.
