The Dalai Lama after reaching, would proceed to Karshni Ashram, City Magistrate Ram Araj Yadav said.
"He had been invited for the Karshni Mahotsava. But due to indifferent health and advice of doctors, he had to postpone his visit," Karshni Guru Maha Mandaleshwar Sharnanad Maharaj said.
The spiritual leader would come with a delegation of Buddhist monks. They would stay at the Karshni Ashram and on March 21 address a gathering, he said.
