Dale Carnegie, Harvard Business Publishing and Richardson were named among top 20 leadership training companies globally by TrainingIndustry.Com.
TrainingIndustry.Com has announced its 'Top 20 Leadership Training Companies List', as part of its mission to continually monitor the training marketplace for the best providers of training services and technologies.
Others in the list include, Wilson Learning, Global Knowledge, American Management Association International, Hemsley Fraser, Impact International, Skillsoft, Centre for Creative Leadership, The Centre for Leadership Studies, CrossKnowledge, Forum Corporation, Linkage, GP Strategies, Cegos, The Ken Blanchard Companies, FranklinCovey and VitalSmarts.
No Indian firm got featured in the list.
Due to the diversity of services included in leadership training programmes, no attempt is made to rank the top companies, the report said.
"The leadership training segment continues to be one of the strongest and sought after in the industry," Training Industry, Inc CEO Doug Harward said.
"The business needs for leadership skills are changing, and the companies selected this year demonstrate how the training market is adapting to meet these changing development needs," Harward added.
The selection to 2016 top 20 leadership training companies list was based on criterias like, thought leadership and influence, industry recognition and innovation, breadth of programmes and range of audiences served; delivery methods offered; company size and growth potential; strength of clients; geographic reach and experience serving the market.
"Dale Carnegie Training constantly strives to adapt to the changing leadership requirements of corporates and individuals - from young entrepreneurs to seasoned leaders," Dale Carnegie India Managing Director and Chairperson Pallavi Jha said.
