The incident took place yesterday when the victim had gone to relieve herself and the accused identified as Shahvaiz, dragged her to nearby sugarcane field and raped her.
A case has been registered against the accused on basis of a complaint filed by the victim's father.
The accused has been arrested and the girl sent for medical examination, they said.
