Dalit woman who jumped off moving vehicle dies

A Dalit woman, who had jumped off a moving vehicle here after being teased, died in Delhi's Safdarjung hospital.
On May 14, three women were injured when they jumped off a moving vehicle after the driver allegedly misbehaved with them, police had said.
Praveen, Sonia and Moni were offered a lift by the accused at Baghra village here. The driver started misbehaving with the women and refused to stop the vehicle despite repeated pleas by the victims, they said.
Praveen died last evening while the other two victims - are undergoing treatment, her family members said.
