In a letter written to the Chief Minister, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has asked to fix the dates before August 15 and inform the foreign ministry so that the programme could be scheduled after talking to the Chinese authorities, according to an official release.
"It is a part of exchange programme of high-level delegations from the both countries with the chief minister as the head of the delegation," it said.
The main objective of the programme is to make both the sides understand each other's country to strengthen bilateral relations, the release added.
