The Foo Fighters frontman was a surprise guest at the band's sold-out concert in Anaheim, California, where he was brought out unannounced to play guitar and share vocals with Mick Jagger, reported MTV online.
British DJ Fearne Cotton, who has a baby boy with guitarist Ronnie Wood's son Jesse, was among the fans at the Honda Center who went wild when Grohl turned up.
In a post on Twitter, Cotton posted, "I thought the show couldn't get any better and then Grohl walked out! Dream gig (sic)."
