"I've been trying to get it produced and some writers have expressed interest. It is a fascinating story and I'm sussing my way through it all," Anderson said.
"He would do an amazing job of portraying David. He might not be as tall as David but David was pretty thin when he got off the booze, so physically he could pull it off.
