DB Realty CFO Nagamallesh Gattu resigns

DB Realty today said its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Nagamallesh Gattu has put in his papers.
In a filing to BSE, the Mumbai-based developer said that "Nagamallesh Gattu resigned as CFO and key managerial personnel (KMP) of the company".
He will be relieved from his duties with effect from August 31, 2016.
The nomination and remuneration committee, at its meeting held today, recommended the appointment of A Anil Kumar as the new CFO and also KMP of the company with effect from September 1, 2016.
His appointment would be ratified in the ensuing board meeting, it added.
Kumar is a finance professional with 25 years of experience. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, graduate member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants and associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries.
