The Mumbai-based developer had posted a net profit of Rs 8 crore in the year-ago period.
Income from operations fell by 66 per cent to Rs 24.03 crore in the third quarter of 2015-16 financial year against Rs 70.83 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year, according to a regulatory filing.
For the nine-month period ended December, D B Realty has clocked a net loss of Rs 20.59 crore against a net profit of Rs 10.85 crore in the same period of previous fiscal.
DB Realty has a portfolio of about 90 million sq ft in about 36 projects, most of which are in and around Mumbai.
