The flats will be made available in different parts of the city and the scheme will provide accommodation ranging from one room tenement to three bedrooms flats.
According to sources, under the scheme, DDA will allot about 5,000 to 6000 flats.
A person above the age of 18 years, residing in any part of the country, can apply for the scheme provided he does not own any residential flat or plot in full or in part on lease hold or freehold basis in Delhi either in his or her own name or in the name of the spouse or minor or dependent children.
DDA will make a formal announcement/advertisement in this regard soon to announce the price range or the specific areas where these flats are located along with other details.
The last housing scheme of DDA was launched in 2010 when 16,000 flats were on offer in various parts of the national capital like Vasant Kunj, Rohini, Dwarka etc.
