Death toll jumps to 28 in Kabul attack: police chief

The death toll from today's brazen Taliban attack in central Kabul has jumped to 28, the Afghan capital's police chief said.
"As a result of the bombing 28 people were killed, most of them civilians," Abdul Rahman Rahimi told reporters.
