Tata Group firm Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) on Tuesday said Deepak Parekh, Nadir Godrej and Ireena Vittal have ceased to be the directors of the company upon completion of their terms.
Their term of appointment was from August 27, 2014 to August 26, 2019, it said.
From the close of business hours on August 26, 2019 Deepak Parekh, Nadir Godrej and Ireena Vittal have ceased to be the directors of the company upon completion of their term as independent directors, IHCL said in a filing to the BSE.
Shares of Indian Hotels Company on Tuesday closed at Rs 137.85 per scrip on the BSE, up 1.32 per cent from previous close.
