The committees, with all their members being Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Members of Legislative Assembly (MLA), have been asked to submit their reports before the commencement of the sixth session of the current Assembly.
The House adopted a resolution moved by AAP MLA Som Dutt to probe alleged financial irregularities and corruption in bodies including the DDCA.

She said several directors were appointed using the name of one person which indicates alleged irregularities. Another AAP MLA Sarita Singh said that instead of conducting raid at chief minister's principal secretary office, probe agency should have raided the DDCA office.
In December, the Arvind Kejriwal government had appointed a one-member committee headed by former solicitor general Gopal Subramanium to probe the alleged irregularities in DDCA. The Delhi Cabinet had also called a one-day special session of the Assembly to discuss the issue.
The decision to form the commission of inquiry had come amid the AAPs fierce attack on Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley over alleged irregularities in the DDCA during his 13-year tenure as chief. Jaitley had then strongly rubbished the allegations.
The Delhi Assembly adopted another resolution which favours setting up of a nine-member special committee to probe alleged CNG-fitness scam in which a number of officials of previous Sheila Dikshit government were under scanner.
