The new co-owner is represented by Dr. Anil Sharma led Global Marketing Systems (GMS) who will be joining hands with Sameer Manchanda of DEN Networks to help build the club.
GMS claims to have been a pioneer in the ship recycling industry as the world's largest Buyer of ships and offshore assets.
Evan Sproviero, Head of Projects at GMS, commented: "We are looking forward to a great season with the Delhi Dynamos and the staff has been working hard to offer a new level of excitement to the DDFC fans and bring even more people into the stadium to hear the Lions roar in person!".
