Delhi govt to adopt Delhi Schedule of Rates 2014

Delhi government has decided to adopt Delhi Schedule of Rates 2014 (DSR-2014) which will replace Delhi Schedul of Rates 2012( DSR-2012).
These new Schedule of Rates under DSR-2014 have been approved for all type of works such as civil work and electrical works by Delhi Lt Governor.
As per DSR-2014, the current rates have been provided for estimation of capital projects.
The Schedule rates 2014 (Civil work and Electrical work) will be applicable in PWD, Irrigation Flood Control, Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (DSIIDC), Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation (DTTDC), Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB) and local bodies for the work to be executed by them such as construction of buildings, development works at roads and side drains and electrical works.

The adoption of DSR-2014, DPAR-2014 for civil works and DSR-2014 (Electrical) for electrical works will be applicable only for estimation and sanction of new projects.
The work which has already been sanctioned or being executed or is in the process of tender on the basis of estimation prepared on earlier DSRs shall not be reviewed with reference to this order.
