Acting on a tip off, police yesterday arrested Satyanand, who along with his brother and two other accomplices shot dead Pratap, a member of Manjeet Mahal gang, on March 9 this year, a senior police official said.
Satyanand worked with Delhi Home Guard from 2006 to 2011, police said.
