Minimum temperature was recorded at 27.5 degree Celsius, which was two notches above normal, according to MeT department.
An official of the department said that humidity level was recorded as 61 per cent till 8.30 AM in the morning.
"There will be partly cloudy sky. Light rains or thunderstorm may occur in the capital today. Besides, dust storm is also expected," official said.
The official also said that maximum temperature is expected to settle at 39 degree Celsius.
Yesterday, Delhi recorded a day temperature at 38.7 degree Celsius which was one notch below normal, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 26 degrees Celsius, a notch above normal.
