Talking to media persons after a function at Una, Singh said the Congress government would not only complete its full term but return to power after next assembly elections.
Earlier speaking at a function at Duler in Una constituency, the CM said he would welcome constructive criticism and errors pointed out by the opposition but the BJP always indulged in mudslinging and disrupting the House which did not augur well for our democratic polity.
"I have written to the Prime Minister to fulfil the commitment and provide the remaining funds for undertaking the remaining work of the canalisation of Swan as the state government has already given its share," he said.
