Rubbishing the claims of the Ministers, Dhumal alleged that 70 per cent of the poll promises have not been fulfilled, the government has increased the debt burden by more than Rs 10,000 crore, landing the state in debt trap.
He also claimed that the number of unemployed youth in the state has crossed 10.5 lakh and the government had backed out on its promise to give unemployment allowance of Rs 1,000 per month to youth.
State BJP general secretaries Randhir Sharma, Vipin Parmar and Rajiv Bindal have termed the three year rule of Congress government in the state as "black period" in the history of Himachal.
In a joint statement issued here today, the three leaders alleged that there was no major achievement of the government and it was "renaming" the schemes started by the previous BJP government to derive credit.
