The project is part of a 20 km-long signal free corridor from from Vikaspuri in West Delhi to Wazirabad in North Delhi, the total cost of which has been estimated at Rs 2,200 crore.
The total length of the corridor, for which foundation stone was laid today, is 3.80 KM, out of which 2.60 KM will be elevated.
