Saira announced the news via the legendary actor's official Twitter account on Tuesday.
"Sahab and I took possession of the property which has been his residence for decades. Hon'ble Supreme Court restored the possession to us.
"Sahab is overjoyed. Sharing some photos. Thank you friends and fans innumerable who have prayed for us," the post read.
Saira also shared a picture of her with the keys to their house, sitting by the board that read "This property belongs to Mr Yusuf Khan alias Dilip Kumar..."
The dispute was taken to the court almost a decade ago after Prajita Developers Pvt Ltd did not carry out any construction on the plot.
