Disciplinary action against 25 teachers in Punjab

Taking note of the report submitted by Punjab Education Board which probed the case of mass copying during annual examination of 10th and 12th in 2014, Principal Secretary C Roul today ordered disciplinary action against erring teachers.
25 teachers have been indicted in the probe, an official spokesman said.
Among these teachers, one is from Fazilka, 18 from Ferozepur and 6 teachers belong to Sangrur district.
He said that disciplinary action has also been ordered against three other teachers for negligence during evaluation of answer sheets.
