"Andhra Pradesh police department is committing more wrongs to hide the wrongs they had done earlier," he said in a statement here while referring to the firing.
He alleged that "police (of Andhra Pradesh) have instigated a person who had already been in prison to say that all killed 20 Tamil labourers were red sanders smugglers."
"They have also filed cases against human rights activists, who went to inspect the site of killings, on charges of trespass."
He criticised Tamil Nadu government saying that "the state government is feeling that its job is done by sending a letter on the issue to Andhra Pradesh.
