Recalling Tendulkar's brilliant and memorable track record which "the Indian nation can be proud of forever," the 90-year-old DMK patriarch said, "You have set grand standards. You will be inspiring generations to come. You have crowned Indian cricket by your unbeatable and unforgettable achievements."
