Nonetheless, it will hold it first meeting on June 17, said Kalyankar, speaking to reporters here.
The collector is the chairman of this committee which also has representatives from various government departments.
Prof B N Thorat, Head of the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University Department of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, is also a member. Prof Thorat had visited the site of mishap, the collector said.
Kalyankar also said the proposal for compensation for the kin of the deceased had been sent to the Government, while medical expenses of those injured, coming to around Rs 35 lakh, had been paid.
