While Anurag has openly slammed the censor board and its chief Pahlaj Nihalani for allegedly demanding 89 cuts in "Udta Punjab", Ekta has maintained silence over the issue.
There were reports that Ekta was trying to back out from the project, which she has co-produced with Kashyap.
When asked about her reported rift with Kashyap, she said, "I and Anurag have discussed that we should have only one spokesperson instead of having various people talk. That's why I have decided to have a no comments stand to everything.
Ekta was speaking at the trailer launch of an upcoming murdery mystery "A Scandall".
