Dr Lal PathLabs Q1 net profit up 11 pc at Rs 44.4 cr

Diagnostic chain Dr Lal PathLabs today reported 11 per cent rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 44.4 crore for the quarter ended June 30.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 40 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal, Dr Lal PathLabs said in a BSE filing.
Consolidated total income of the company also rose to Rs 256.8 crore for the quarter under consideration as against Rs 229.2 crore for the same period a year ago.
Shares of Dr Lal PathLabs were today trading at Rs 831.60 per scrip in the afternoon trade on BSE, up 1.96 per cent from its previous close.
