The accused, Babu Ram (30), a resident of Madhya Pradesh, was arrested yesterday. He used to purchase narcotics from his native state and supply these to various parts of Jammu and Kashmir, they said.
A case under NDPS Act has been registered against him in this connection, the GRP said.
