Delhi University Students Union (DUSU) has set up two camps in North Campus - one at the Vishwavidyalaya Metro Station and the other at Arts Faculty--for the purpose.
Students can apply for enrolment till October 25.
Along with these camps, students are also being encouraged to get themselves registered for distribution of pamphlets in various colleges and hostels of the North Campus.
"The response on the first day was overwhelming. More than 200 students applied for Voter ID today. The effort is to get as many students as possible registered as voters and to ensure that they can exercise their franchise in the coming Delhi assembly elections", DUSU President Aman Awana said.
