BJP has urged Delhi Lt Governor Najeeb Jung to ensure that proper health checks are done at the Indira Gandhi International Airport here to ensure that the Ebola outbreak in West Africa does not spread to India.
Delhi BJP President Satish Upadhyay has also urged the municipal corporations here to direct their health departments to undertake proper fogging and other preventive measures to check the spread of any disease in the post-monsoon period.
According to a BJP release, Upadhyay has raised these concerns in letters to the Lt Governor and the mayors of the three municipal corporations in Delhi.
