Refined palmolein also declined due to absence of retail demand.
In the non-edible section, castorseeds bold and castor oil commercial fell further on lower demand from shippers and soap manufacturers.
Linseed oil maintained a stable trend in the absence of any worthwhile buying activity.
In the edible section, groundnut oil declined by Rs 10 per 10 kg to Rs 940 from last Saturday's closing level of Rs 950 and refined palmolein moved down by Rs 4 per 10 kg to Rs 504 as against Rs 508 previously.
Linseed oil closed unchanged at Rs 775 per 10 kg.
