Assistant Inspector General (AIG) of Registrar department today announced that the registry of plots and lands has been resumed following direction of Inspector General of the department.
After suggestion of Vice-Chairman of Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA), District Magistrate RVS Rango Rao on July 24 passed the order to stop registry of plots in unauthorised colonies of district.
After that, officials of the department stopped the work protesting against the DM's order.
As per GDA officials, there are several unauthorised colonies in Morta, Sikhrod, Siyani, Nagla, Sadar, Madhuban, Mahiddudin, Akbarpur-Bahrampur Tilaknagar, Pipledha, Sunarsi, Mansarovar Park, Nistholi, Tila Sahibajpur.
