Encounter between special forces and militants in Nagaland

An encounter took place between army special forces and a group of Myanmar-based militants along the Indo-Myanmar border in Nagaland today.
Defence sources said the encounter took place early this morning in Mon district bordering Myanmar and there was no report of any casualty.
They said the militants who were trying to enter into the country went back leaving behind many of the weapons including AK-47 rifle and other ammunition.
The militants are suspected to be from the NSCN-K.
