EOW arrests three in land scam

The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Odisha Police's Crime Branch today arrested three persons in connection with a land scam worth about Rs 150 crore in the capital city jurisdiction, police said.
"We have arrested three persons in connection with a land case made by the general administration department," said Rajesh Kumar, DIG, Crime Branch.
Sources in the EOW said the three accused persons had fraudulently sold about 51.57 acres of government land in four different mouzas to private parties.
