ESIC's telemedicine project launched

Union Minister Bandaru Dattatreya inaugurated the country's first telemedicine project of the Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) here today.
The project has been launched in collaboration with Bhubaneswar-based Odisha Trust of Technical Education and Training (OTTET), in public-private-partnership mode at ESIC Hospital and Medical College in Sanathnagar here which will be connected with ESIC dispensaries in the country, a release said.
Besides Dattatreya, the Union MoS for Labour and Employment, Telangana Home and Labour Minister Naini Narasimha Reddy participated in the programme, it added.
